We came across this magical ol’ ruin while exploring the hills that overlook the historical village of Samobor, Croatia [ just Nth West of Zagreb] – the sun shone upon us – like an angel whispering, reassuring, promising us that if we stay true all our wishes would be granted – one day.

A young Bengali girl smiles proudly at me during a visit to her school. These schools were built and a teacher training program was set up in the Char river area of Bangladesh by by a local NGO Friendship – some of the most remote inaccessible regions of the country – 95% of all women and children in this area are illiterate.

Char area of Northern Bangladesh – this was taken during a 10 day period I spent working on a floating hospital Friendship NGO Lifebuoy – an exhausted nurse rubs his head – he is assisting 2 volunteer eye doctors from Dhaka – they are there to perform cataract surgeries – completing hundreds of patients over just a few days – averaging 6 patients per hour

Taltoili – A remote area of Bangladesh that is consistently ravanged by floods – an NGO called Friendship has come in and set up a Pond filter system which gives villagers access to fresh clean water – even during crisis time
Please remember the people of Pakistan desperately need our support & assistance in this time of complete devastation – though it seems hopeless – our compassion is surely invaluable xS

In this very poor region of Bangladesh – you can see the amount of aid that comes in from various western countries – especially in the clothing – this is a hilarious example of just that – remember most of these people are illiterate and very few read especially English – xS
